Wreaths of Paper

I made this Saturday in the
middle of the kitchen
while my husband
started dinner.
I did throw some
salad stuff in a bowl!
I could not stop
rolling and gluing!
I love it!
This is where I saw it... Lindsay's and had to make one!
You know I didn't think of this on my own!!!
I hung it today...
What do you think?

It might not have taken me as long if I hadn't made my rolls so tight.

But I'm happy with it.

Here is another one

at Honeysuckle Lane

apparently there can

be variations on this!

I found both of these on

Dawn's wonderful blog -

she always has things to inspire me!

Have you started decorating yet?

Oooh, I have this on my list of things to make. I even bought the wreath form for it already. I think yours looks great!

Lovely! The perfect bit of simple elegance in your hall.

Me decorating? Well, our fake tree went up the day before Thanksgiving (hey, it was fake so can stay up FOREVER :) and I put my matchbox advent calendar up today. See tomorrow's post. You are Day 1.

I think it's gorgeous! Everytime I turn around today, some other talented gal is making a paper wreath.
Just beautiful.
Thank you so much for entering my giveaway, best of luck!

Oh, help. Like I don't have enough creative ideas and now this one, too! Your base -- a regular old round weath form? Styrofoam? Hard or the crunchy kind?

This looks fabulous.

Decorating -- usually it's up and done by TG -- as you know from my posts, that didn't happen, but I did get the first of the (last year 13) trees up. (Not all are big -- never fear!)Every trip to the basement yields a handful of stuff to place!

I just started on a (different) ornament idea for our CPA swap. I blame you. ;-)
