May Embroidery!

Virginia came over yesterday to visit the post-op one!
We exchanged our stitched pieces for May for our embroidered fragments swap...
Above is the one I gave her. You might recognize it from a pattern of little girls walking along.
I just took two of the girls out and did them and added the word "friend".
Below is what Virginia did for me...
And below is what I've made for a QB5 embroidery swap that is moving along quite slowly! ha! I embroidered in the corner of an old linen napkin
and will mail it to Margaret for her to add something
to it.

OMGosh, your embroideries are fantastic post op one and Virginia's too!!! I've done a Sunbonnet Sue friends stitchery back in the day and like the redwork so much!
I so need to get myself stitching!
but first I have envies to get ready for some birthday people ;)

Love your running stitched friends. SO sweet! I like what you have started for the QB5 swap too. You make stitching look effortless. And of course, VB is a born natural. :)

Those are all so cute. I love the redwork girls...and the one your friend made for you is such a sweet pattern and done in the prettiest spring colors. I can't wait to see the end result of the napkins!
