What happened to October?

Well, one thing I did in October
was start making an Advent Calendar
for Christmas out of tiny matchboxes.
I'm hosting a swap on Christian Paper Artists!
This is my box... Day 1!
Below is a shot of all the boxes I've received so far....
the last 5 or 6 should be arriving today or tomorrow
so I can sort and mail them back out!
This has been the greatest little swap!

What a fabulous and brilliant idea! Everyone is going to love this one, Linda! And I especially love yours! I don't need more ideas, but seeing that gave me lots of ideas (party favors, dinner favors, stop me now!)

Your box is GORGEOUS! That zig zag stitch is a nice detail. This was one swap not to miss (Glad I didn't miss it).
