Pumpkins Are Our Friends

 Remember the velvet pumpkins?
We all made them or lusted after them the last couple of years.
I need to remember to buy some wonderful dyed velvet at International Quilt Festival
 in a couple of  weeks,
so I can make some for gifts!

But today I made another kind of pumpkin....
a book pumpkin!
I saw it here with a tutorial....
Her's looks better than mine.... I'm still hoping my pages will relax a bit.

You should make one!
It's not the kind of thing I'll probably do more than once.... takes some time!
