Love that quote along with your pretty daffodils.
We have to wait until the mud turns into dirt in these parts ;)
The last bits of piled up snow in the garden just melted!

Amazingly not, since I am sweeping and vacuuming it up from all over the house (gets tracked in as mud and then dries...)

As soon as I get back from the wedding, I will be digging in the dirt and pulling out the dead stuff. I hope this beautiful weather holds on for me.

I discovered gardening in my 30's. It was a way to escape the constant noise of the t.v. and the kids...and I felt so at peace digging in the dirt.

So I eagerly await smelling like dirt.

Daffodils? Are you kidding me?
Tracking it in yes, mostly mud actually. These yellow pretties gave me hope that spring might actually come and the sun might actually shine.

Hey Linda Jo - Yep, I'm smellin' a little dirty as of this weekend. And a little sweaty! Been weedin' and hoein' in my garden. Would you believe weeds already????

Great little stitchin' projects you girls got there. Cute puppy dog pillow. What a nice stitchin' buddy!
