Index Card A Day

Okay......... I have a plan....

I'm going to do Daisy Yellow's 3 x 5 Card a Day Challenge for June and July!
You should join me!!!

I've also been doing 21 Secrets!
There are 21 teachers with 21 classes with videos.....
you can do it at your own pace (which I definitely require).

I do love this new world we live in with online classes!

Tammy Garcia (Daisy Yellow) is one of the teachers at 21 Secrets...
and that's how I found out about the 3 x 5 card a day challenge...
from her blog!

Let me know if you've done this before...
it's my first time!!!

Happy Friday!

That sounds like a great project Linda. My oldest daughter took an art class in college and they were to fill 100 pieces of paper and then put them together on a ring. The paper was about the size of an index card. Well, I suggested she take some liberties because the paper was really flimsy like printer paper. So I suggested a deck of playing cards, well, a deck plus more, ha! Anyway, it turned out so neat with just random art on each one. I've always wanted to make my own deck. Thinking more like one a week for a year. 52 cards...

ooo it's wonderful...you are off to a great start...I look forward to seeing what you create Linda!

3x5 is a nice size to work with
and
you're so right about being able to take classes from home in your bathrobe if you want to ;)

Sounds like a fun project, Linda. I'm having trouble doing my watercolor-or-drawing a week! But I'll be interested to see your results!

Every once in a blue moon I need to check in and make sure you are behaving☺ Your little granddaughter is soooooo darling! I saw that black eye on Facebook but since it was your daughter's post I wasn't sure if it is proper protocol for me to comment! I follow some rules. ha ha Congrats on winning the art journal contest! I clicked on your links to your two latest artsy pursuits. Both look FUN. Loved the bday gift Patty sent you, and yes, the rule of three's says you have to add another piece. Hope you're doing well! xo
