Much loved....

My beloved father-in-law passed away last Sunday at the age of 92.
He was a treasure and much loved by all who knew him.
A World War II veteran....
That's lipstick on his cheek above....
We were so blessed that he was able to attend both of my children's weddings.
Above he's with my husband and my son.
Below is a picture of him with some of his grandchildren one Thanksgiving not too long ago...
He will be greatly missed.

  6. Linda,
No matter how many years we get to have our loved ones with us, it's never enough according to our heart. But to leave this earth and have someone write such lovely, heartfelt words about us...a life well-lived, indeed. Such precious photos and memories you've shared, Linda. My deepest sympathies to your and your family. Extra hugs, xo, Sue

  7. You honored him so beautifully, Linda. He looks like a peach. I am glad he had many years of loving and being loved by many but it is always hard to see them go. He is now at peace.
    Hugs,
