Do you get the Pottery Barn catalogue?
Or have you been in their store this season?
They are selling bags of puffy stars!
I can't find them on their web site though.
But...upon seeing them... I went home and did a "search".
You should search "puffy stars" and start making them!
They are sooooo simple and sooooo fun!
I used vintage music paper.... that is a key part of them working... using the right weight paper.
I feel like I'm working in harmony with laborers in China
when I sit and do these!
I've also been making wreaths..... do a search .... it's everywhere!
Nathalie got me to making stars a couple of years ago.
Do you origami?
(is that a sentence?)
You mean, "is origami a verb?" Yes, I think it can be!
ReplyDeleteI love your simple paper decor. So elegant!
Now those are some cute stars, Linda Jo. and I love that you did 'em with music paper! I'd love to see some of those with a little glitter on 'em. They would even make good ornaments! I'll have to check those out - I used to LOVE paper folding!
ReplyDeleteWell, these rock! I am headed out of town for a week. (Will be posting but not able to visit and catch up till I"m back). But when I do, you DO know what I'll be googling. Just what I need -- another project. A VERY COOL project. Love 'em.
