So Saturday, when I should have been working on some stitchery,
I did this instead.
It's been "weighing on me" as BFF Virginia would say!
I have lots of ideas of what I want to do with this idea...
but I must wait!
But thought I'd show it to you anyway....
It's, of course, from Rebecca Sower!
She showed us how here and now that I go back and look at that...
I have some practicing to do!
Have you made these yet?
I LOVE IT! Teach me, teach me. I saw the tutorial but my brain and fingers resist. Way to go!

ReplyDeleteFun necklace. Rebecca's work is so original and she is so generous about sharing.
ReplyDeleteYou asked about the purple starfish - that's the colour they are here. We have pink, purple and some orange ones, but I'd say the vast majority is definitely purple. Pretty, aren't they?
Love your string of beads and etc. Looks fun and turned out so pretty.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your summer days. Dogwood
HOw pretty! So deceptively simple. Just needa little advane plannig (stringing beads). I have tons of pearl cotton (in all colors) and odd beads. YOU may get one of these from me, Linda! heehee
ReplyDeleteThanks for the inspiration!
